Pendant Hut. Check out and continue on to TIMPOHON GATE,

NOTE
Please
be advised that climbing Mt Kinabalu maybe too strenuous for the
unfit and those inexperienced in such physical activities. All
trekkers should be aware of this physically demanding activity; the
elements (chilling winds & rain) might be too difficult for some
individuals to handle. All trekkers must be properly attired for the
trek especially with proper footwear, equipped with a raincoat,
torchlight and warm clothing.

Hypertension, Chronic Asthma, Peptic Ulcer, Severe Anemia, Diabetes,
Epileptic Fits, Arthritis, Palpitation, Hepatitis (Jaundice)
Muscular Cramps, Obesity and/or any other illnesses that may be
triggered by severe cold, exertion and high altitude. |
